Number Protection
NoteConfirm protects your WhatsApp number against bans by applying adaptive limits, gradual warm-up, and quiet hours. This guide explains each setting and how to configure it based on your store's volume.
Balanced vs Strict mode
The mode determines the daily and per-minute caps NoteConfirm applies. You can change it anytime from Settings → Protection.
| Limit | Balanced | Strict |
|---|---|---|
| Messages per day | 500 | 300 |
| Messages per hour | 60 | 40 |
| Messages per minute | 4 | 3 |
| Maximum daily cap | 1,000 | 1,000 |
Recommendation: Use strict mode during the first two weeks or if your number is new. Switch to balanced once your sending history is stable.
Number warm-up
Every new number goes through an automatic 7-day warm-up. During this period, NoteConfirm limits daily volume and gradually increases it until reaching full pace.
- Days 1-2: 20% of daily limit
Only priority confirmations are sent. The rest remain queued.
- Days 3-4: 50% of daily limit
More messages are released while maintaining the per-minute pace.
- Days 5-7: 80% of daily limit
Near-full volume with pauses between batches.
- Day 8+: 100% of daily limit
Warm-up complete. Your configured limits apply normally.
You cannot skip warm-up. If you disconnect and reconnect the same number, progress is preserved.
Quiet hours
By default, NoteConfirm does not send messages between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM (your store's timezone). Messages scheduled during this window are held and sent when sending resumes.
- Open Settings → Protection → Quiet hours
You'll see the current start and end times.
- Adjust the hours if needed
You can widen or narrow the window based on your timezone and customer behavior.
- Disable if you need continuous sending
If your operation requires overnight confirmations, disable the toggle. Keep in mind this may increase reporting risk.
Manual pause
Send PAUSA from your connected WhatsApp to stop all outgoing messages for 15 minutes. Useful when you're handling customers manually and want to avoid simultaneous automated messages.
Note: Manual pause does not affect quiet hours or daily limits. It only temporarily halts the outgoing queue.
Dead message queue
Messages that fail after multiple attempts move to the dead queue. From Dashboard → Queue you can:
- Retry: Resend the message respecting current limits.
- Delete: Discard the message permanently.
- Manage opt-outs: Review numbers that opted out and reverse the opt-out if it was accidental.
