NoteConfirm AI and usage limits
Managed NoteConfirm AI is included in Starter, Growth, Pro, and Scale. It classifies customer replies for you. You do not need your own AI account or API key.

On a paid plan, orders and AI calls share the billing cycle provided by Shopify. Every classification attempt counts, including retries. A plan change that keeps the cycle keeps its usage; a new cycle opened by Shopify starts a new allowance. The Starter trial has a cumulative allowance of 200 calls per store, which does not reset after reinstalling, extending the trial, or changing plans. Trial calls do not use the allowance of a later paid cycle.
View usage
Open Settings → AI assistant to view calls used in the current cycle and its end date. During the trial, you will see cumulative trial usage.
When a limit is reached
New confirmations pause when the order or AI allowance runs out. If AI runs out, replies are kept for review and automatic classification cannot confirm an order. Opt-out checks may continue without using your allowance. There are no overage charges.
Privacy: Only sanitized reply text and language are sent to our AI provider for classification. The prompt does not include order data. See the privacy policy for provider processing details.
