Terms of Service

Effective date: September 30, 2026

These terms (“Terms”) govern use of NoteConfirm, operated by Lunum Apps (“NoteConfirm”, “we”). By installing or using the app with your Shopify store, you accept these Terms.

1. Service and integration

NoteConfirm provides order confirmation, templates, and reply processing through Shopify and a WhatsApp Web connection. You must have an active Shopify store and authority to accept these Terms for the merchant.

2. Messaging and consent

You are responsible for the content, timing, frequency, recipients, consent, and legality of all messages sent. Comply with applicable law, Shopify terms, and messaging platform policies. Do not use NoteConfirm for spam, fraud, impersonation, threats, illegal content, or deceptive communications.

3. Platform limits

WhatsApp or other providers may limit, block, suspend, or restrict numbers and accounts. NoteConfirm is not responsible for third-party blocks, limits, suspensions, or delivery issues.

4. Subscription and trial

Plans are billed through Shopify. Only Starter includes a 7-day trial, limited to 100 orders and 200 AI calls per store. Growth, Pro, and Scale have no free trial. Shopify shows your eligibility and first charge date before approval. You can cancel Starter during the trial; paid subscriptions remain active through the current cycle according to Shopify settings.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but depend on Shopify, WhatsApp, and other providers. Features may change, pause, or be removed for operation, security, or compliance.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe use breaches these Terms, law, Shopify, or third-party policies, or creates security, legal, or reputational risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NoteConfirm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Total liability related to the service will not exceed fees paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Data retention

WhatsApp conversation content is automatically deleted 30 days after creation. We keep associated operational data (status, phone number, timestamps) for reporting and support, as described in the privacy policy. If a paid subscription is cancelled, all store data is deleted at the end of the current billing period; if a Starter trial is cancelled, data is deleted immediately. We keep a minimal anonymized record, including trial usage counters, to prevent trial abuse. You can reactivate a plan before the paid deletion date to keep your data. 9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The parties will first try to resolve disputes informally. Contact [email protected]. Operating entity: Lunum Apps.
